Alison has worked in various supporting and customer management roles within the NHS and the private sector. As a Product Manager, she was the main point of contact for customer requests and queries for the whole of the UK, managing large product portfolios and maintaining a high standard of customer relations. Prior to joining HOMESin in 2019, Alison worked as a Spa Therapist where she had a large client base due to her friendly, warm and engaging manner.

Collins is an experienced accounting professional with a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) focused in Applied Economics from the University of Hertfordshire. He has demonstrated a history of working in the retail and real estate industries. He’s skilled in negotiation, operations management, logistics management, product management, and project planning.

A graphic designer, front-end developer, lecturer, animator and social entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the industry working in public, private and charity sectors with some of the top names in design. Richard has been building brand identities, developing websites, creating animations, designing fonts and connecting communities, all since he left university in 1997.

Lee is the founder and director of HOMESin and has worked in various senior roles in the private and public sectors. He was a lead Commissioner at Hertfordshire County Council responsible for developing strategic relationships with care, housing and health organisations, commissioning and contracting projects across the county. In the last few years, Lee has worked with businesses and charities helping them with their business and strategic development.
Adam is an experienced adult social care professional, having spent over 20 years managing services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs for several leading care providers within the sector, including Sense, Dimensions, Certitude and the Westminster Society for People with Learning Disabilities. In recent years Adam has worked in Business Development, facilitating the provision of quality, affordable Social Housing.
